Mommy is back to work

I briefly mentioned a few days ago that I went back to work on September 2nd. While I was not excited about it, it had to be done. My transition was made much easier with the help of some of the grandparents. Grandma and Grandpa Sedberry stayed at our house during week one while I went back to work part-time. Leah showed her appreciation to them with lots of smiles!




Mamaw came to stay with her this past week. Papaw had to work most of the week but he was here for a visit on Tuesday night. Papaw discovered that she is ok with and may even enjoy having her toes played with but doesn't care for the belly raspberries.


Somehow we went through the week without any pictures of Mamaw with her. It is probably because she was holding a camera at all times capturing smiles from Leah.

We are very appreciative to all of them for everything they did. We know Leah enjoyed all of the grandparent time. There is nothing like it. We will miss all of them next week!

As much as we like the gal that we have lined up to watch Leah while we work, I am not looking forward to Monday. Not only do I begin my full-time work schedule again but it will be the 1st time that we are taking Leah out of her element to stay at someone else's home. We are sure she will adjust well.
