My cousin got married last weekend. Leah's schedule for Saturday was such that she was ready to eat at the same time of the ceremony. That had me a bit nervous but we got to the church a few minutes early and were situated before everything started. Leah does great taking a bottle when we are not home for me to nurse. I hope you can't hear it on the wedding video but she let out a burp that would have made her daddy proud -- in the middle of the marriage prayer. Oops. That prompted a few giggles from the people close to us.
Uncle Ron has been working a lot of hours and has only seen Leah one other time. He and his girlfriend Jessie couldn't wait to get their hands on her.

Leah met a few of her great great aunts for the 1st time at the wedding. Our Aunt Ann had a stroke a year and a 1/2 ago but has defied all of the odds and is doing great. She was even able to hold Leah.

Aunt Sib

Cousin Kortney

Kortney's daughter Zoe was the flower girl. She was able to hold Leah with help from great-grandma Shanks.

Even the bride and her mom both took time out of the reception to hold her.

This is my cousin Molly. Remember her face. She sang at the wedding and it was absolutely beautiful. She lives in Nashville, TN with her family. Everyone has been encouraging to take her talent to the next level. Hopefully all of the overwhelming compliments after she sang will convince her to listen to her mom.

And yes....I couldn't believe it either but even with all of the family around...mommy got a turn with her.
