Have you ever just had "one of those days"? Yesterday was that day for me. There wasn't any one thing that went wrong, just a whole lot of little things. It started with my phone dying -- DEAD without warning! Of course that means I lost all of my pictures and contacts that were saved on it. I spent my lunch hour at the Cingular store getting a new phone. It seemed like I bumped into everything I passed and dropped everything I touched. Plus, it is the end of the month and I have a lot of deadlines at work. Long story short, it was a rough day. BUT......here is a glimpse into my evening.
Isn't it amazing how such a rough day can become so wonderful with just a cuddle?! I love my little girl and I love my life! She really forces me to put things into perspective. My "rough" day is still so blessed and I thank God for that every day.
A bright note to my new phone is that I now have the capability of getting my pictures that I take with it to the computer. Here is a picture that Jeff sent me from Leah's big day with Grammy on the 17th. (Thankfully he still had many of the pictures on his phone and just re-sent them to me)
