Check-ups

The girls had their 2 year/2 month check-ups on Leah's birthday. When I scheduled it 6 months ago, I didn't realize that her sister would be 2 months old and ready for her check-up too. We didn't schedule a lot for the day due to Mallory's shots. Leah got a fever after her 2 month shots so we were a little wiser this time and gave Mallory some Tylenol before the appointment. No fever! Yay!

Leah on the scale....she is just over 28 lbs and just under 3 feet tall. She is still tall for her age, the 92nd percentile. This was her last time on the baby scale -- what a big girl! She laid still for the scale, it was the most still she has been while awake for months, haha. Mallory was 10 lbs, 5 oz. (The exact same weight Leah was at her 2 month appt). She is in the 36th percentile for weight but is in the 60 something percentile for height. She is growing perfectly with her chart. Mallory is such a happy baby, we are blessed. We had to undress the girls down to their diapers while we waited for the doctor. It was about 20 minutes before the doctor came in. Mallory was fine just talking to daddy! Leah was a bit more active during the wait (a large understatement). She read some books, washed her hands, climbed the step-stool, thought the doctor's stool was a sit n' spin and played with her little sister.....and gave her lots of kisses.
